FAQ

Common questions from importers

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 100 kg per grade. Smaller batches can be supplied on request. Trial samples are available before you commit to a volume order.

Do you supply samples?

Yes. Trial samples of 20–30 g per item are shipped with batch lab reports by international express — typically 3–7 working days. International shipping is at the buyer's cost; sample cost and lead time are confirmed per order.

Are your teas certified organic?

Our Organic and Ancient-tree Organic grades are certified to USDA Organic and China Organic standards by our certified partner facility. The EU-standard grade is produced to strict EU pesticide residue limits, with residue testing arranged per destination market; for shou pu-erh, an SGS batch report is available.

What are your shipping and payment terms?

We ship FOB — export documentation is handled on our side, while freight and insurance are arranged by the buyer. Payment terms are 100% T/T before production.

Can you produce private label or OEM tea?

Yes. We supply loose leaf and private-label tea under your own brand, including custom packaging and custom tea shapes (cakes, dragon balls, or to your specification). Send us your spec and we will produce to it.

Where are your tea gardens?

Our 96.66 hectares (about 239 acres) of gardens and selected partner gardens are in Zhenyuan County, Pu'er, Yunnan, at 1,800–2,200 m altitude. No plantation tea, no young-tree tea — minimum tree age is 76 years, and 100+ years for the ancient-tree grade.

What is the difference between your EU-standard and your organic grades?

EU-standard is conventional tea produced and verified against EU pesticide residue limits, so it is a residue-compliance grade, not organic. The Organic and Ancient-tree Organic grades hold China Organic (CHTC) and USDA NOP certification through our certified partner facility.

How can I verify your certificates and test reports?

Ask us for the certificate numbers and the batch report, then check them yourself. Organic certificates can be looked up in the certifier's database, and every residue report carries a laboratory serial number you can confirm with the issuing lab. Batch numbers match across the report, the packing list and the invoice.

Can you supply EU organic certified tea?

Not today. Our organic grades are certified to China Organic (CHTC) and USDA NOP, and EU organic would require adding an EU-recognised scope to the certification first. If your market needs it, tell us at enquiry stage and we will say exactly where that stands.
