Yes — cakes are pressed from sun-dried mao cha with no wet-piling, so they age the traditional way. We can store and release lots by vintage on request.

Do you press cakes to our exact weight?

Standard cake weights are 357 g, 200 g and 100 g; dragon balls 5 g or 8 g. We also press to custom weights and diameters for private-label programmes.
